My main gripe with this volume is Wright’s obsessive focus on democracy, when his attention might be better served by a focus on the economic. My concern about the theory loin transformation Wright proposes is, however, at a level of detail and is raised as what might once have been called a comradely critique. This might be the most boring and unimaginative book I’ve read about Utopia so far.
